Pool Information

Pool Rules:

Under no circumstances is the pool card to be given to non-residents of Country View; non-compliance is a safety and liability risk. Please emphasize this to children in your home.

 

• Non-toilet trained children must wear swim diapers.

• Guests may use the facilities only when accompanied by a current HOA member.

• Children 12 and under must be accompanied by a legal adult.

• Alcohol is not permitted at any time.

• No running.

• No glass.

• No smoking.

• No pets.

• No diving.

• No littering.

No lifeguard on duty...swim at your own risk.

Countryview HOA Pool Access Cards



Access to the pool is controlled through RFID Access cards.

Things to know:

  • Hold the card near the lock and the gate will open. 

  • Each homeowner will be given one card.

  • You do not need a new card each year, keep your card after the swimming season ends.

  • If a card is lost or stolen there will be a $5.00 charge to replace it. 

  • If you are more than 4 months late on your HOA Dues your card will be disabled and you will have to pay a $5.00 card reactivation  fee in addition to your assessment and all accrued late fees before the card will be reactivated.

  • The cards will only work during pool hours.

  • Cards will be disabled at the end of the swimming season and re-enabled at the beginning of the next season.  This will be done at the lock, you do not need to be present for your card to be disabled or re-enabled.
