LANDSCAPING
EVENT/WELCOMING
The Social/Welcoming Committee is responsible for planning and coordinating the social and recreational activities for the community. This may include parties, cook-outs, tournaments, games, yard sales, holiday events, etc. for all ages. This Committee also welcomes new residents to our neighborhood.

The purpose of the landscaping committee is to insure the continued attractive appearance of the common grounds and entries, either by direct involvement, or by responsibility for overseeing and monitoring the performance of those responsible for the maintenance of these areas.

ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW
The Architecture Committee focuses on the design guidelines for residential areas. The members review requested changes for conformance with the community guidelines and further develop the guidelines that govern changes to the exterior of homes and property, including new construction and alterations. They also develop and enforce standards to ensure that properties are properly maintained.
