Happy Summer Neighbors!

Effective Saturday June 27 with signups on the 24th.

With Neighborhood input The HOA Board has developed some modified rules and guidelines so we can have more use of pool.   The pool belongs to everyone and we want to make sure everyone is comfortable while complying with requirements/recommendations from health and government officials.

We have done our best to ensure all neighbors and ideas were represented.

Please remember, beginning this year, there will be no passwords programmed for the gate.  Only key cards will be in use.  Please email countryviewhoa@yahoo.com if you need a key card and we will arrange to get it to you.  (Limit one key per household.  A $5 fee may apply.   Please see the standard Pool Policies page)

2020 Updated COVID-Related Changes for Phase 2

Open, unrestricted swim hours from 6AM to 2PM daily

o   HOA standard rules apply.   Link to Pool Rules

o   No restrictions of weekly hours per family

Restricted use from 2PM to 10 Pm Daily.

  • There will be a limit of 10 people inside the fenced area at any given time.   This number is based on the Governor's requirement that public spaces limit the number of people in a space based on square footage of the facility.  If you are not swimming we ask that you wait outside the fenced area.  If you have small children who need adult supervision on the deck, please limit non-swimming adults on the pool deck to one.  This will allow more swimmers to enjoy the pool at a time.

  • Some type of disinfectant will be provided at the gate, please use it on the area of the gate you touch when you arrive and when you leave.

  • Any items left at the pool with be thrown away daily.

  • No toys may be left at the pool or in the bench for sharing as has been done in past years.

  • The only visitors allowed inside the pool deck are immediate family members of Country View residents (parents, children, grand-children, siblings, etc.)

Pool Access Information  / Signup Program.

  • We will use a software program called SignupGenus.

  • Signup is for 30 minute blocks. Families may sign up for 2 blocks in a row for a 60-minute block.  Maximum 1 hour per day, and 2 hours per week. (This prevents someone from taking the prime 6-7 PM slot each evening.)

  • Must sign up by the night prior before 8PM

  • Signups become available 7 days in advance.

  • 2 families can use the pool at a time.  Maximum 10 people in the pool area.

  • Sign up will be physically printed and posted at the pool each morning.

  • For same day, families must check the printout at the pool and physically write in their name.

  • If no one is signed up to swim, you may sign in and swim without the daily 1 hour limitation.

The Board will continue to monitor the COVID-19 related government and health regulations and recommendations and adjust as necessary.  Information will be provided to residents via email, Facebook and the HOA website.
